When it came time to design Recify's E-Commerce module, we started from scratch, solving problems that we couldn't find solved with any other shopping cart system. Fully integrated with the other Recify modules - events, education, rentals, POS etc., the Recify E-Commerce module supports manufacturer to distributor, to dealer, to consumer. With Recify's instant payment splits a consumer on a manufacturer's website chooses a dealer, buys a product, and everyone in line receives their share, instantly. No longer will manufacturers circumvent their dealers when someone buys from the manufacturer's website.

All products have dynamic features that are tagged to allow you to offer customers an adventure when exploring products. Customizable tabbed fields available in multiple languages include features and benefits, specifications, etc. Businesses can add video presentations, images, multiple pricing levels, inventory control, SEO optimization, warranty and service dates, warranty and/or product verification, geo-location, multiple shipping methods and tracking, and much more.
 
A stand out module is "Dealer Direct", which allows consumers to visit the manufacturers website, select products to purchase, and select the dealer they wish to do the business with (D2C). Customers can see which dealer has the product in stock, how close it is, will the dealer ship it and can they do same day shipping or in store pickup. Customers can also fill out required forms such as a wavier and release, and/or complete any digital content that may be required such as online classroom materials or safety videos. Customers will also see if a product is discounted or is an instant Reci-Deal. 
 
Instant payment splits allow for distribution of revenue to sales associates, vendors, and others – cost of goods can go to a vendor while a specific percentage of profit can go to a sales person, etc. These payment splits occur at the moment of the transaction.

Discount codes and gift cards can be generated for any product and are tied into customized reports.  At any time run customizable reports on all product and sales metrics. Customers can post reviews to your site, your social media sites, and to Recify.com.

Consignment Sales (C2C)

Direct to Consumer(D2C)

The Direct to Consumer (D2C) module allows consumers to visit and shop on manufacturers' websites but does not cut out or upset your dealer network. 

During the purchasing phase, the buyer can choose which seller/dealer/distributor they want to fulfill their order based on inventory levels, location, familiarity, etc. This allows a manufacturer to build a business model and split revenues based on sellers/dealers/distributors maintaining and managing their inventory. Shipping can be from the dealer or drop shipped from the manufacturer, providing a business model that supports your dealer network. The benefit for the manufacturer is that it promotes your dealer network inventory management. The dealer network gets their percentage of profits, so they never feel that the manufacturer is cutting them out and selling direct.

During the purchasing phase, a dropdown list of "valid" resellers is provided to the buyer. Buyers quickly search or pull up their local sellers based on stock (inventory) levels and their proximity (geo-located). To be appear as a seller, they MUST have stock. The manufacturer is also listed as the last resort and is the default if no seller has inventory. The buyer can then choose to have the product shipped or can pick up at the local store.

It works like this:

  1. The buyer chooses the product from the manufacturer's website.
  2. The buyer then chooses a seller from a list of sellers who stock the item.
  3. The buyer chooses the shipping method or in-store pickup from that seller.
  4. Buyer then pays for the product through the website.
  5. The Revenue (MAP, Shipping and Taxes) then can be distributed according to the business model, with percentages going to the seller.
  6. Buyer and Seller then get an email copy of the Seller's Invoice with the Seller's Information, marked as PAID and waiting to ship OR in-store pickup.
  7. Buyer then can pickup product from Seller or the Seller ships the product or the Manufacturer can drop ship on behave of the Seller - all depends on manufacturers business model.
  8. The Seller inventory is then automatically adjusted according to the sale.

In-store Point of Sale System (POS)

An important business tool is the Recify Point of Sale system. The point of sale module is fully integrated into the E-Commerce system, so the walk in customer, or phone customer, can purchase using almost all the features of the E-Commerce module. 

The point of sale module allows your sales staff to enter customers in the CRM, book them in events, rent them equipment, sell them products, even have them fill out  the required paper work and/or take the digital coursework there and then. All simply through a browser. That means you can use just about any piece of hardware that has an internet connection and browser as you “Register” to checkout you customers.
