A retail scuba diving store located in Dubai, UAE, Freestyle Divers has a website (http://www.freestyledivers.com) that has some basic information about their classes, boats and equipment, but is static, brochure style with no functionality for their customers to book a class, purchase a boat ticket, rent equipment or purchase equipment. So when developing the mobile app and designing it's functionality we were unable to use any of their website pages as they are non mobile responsive and have no functionality. Fortunately, one of their vendors, UTD Scubadiving does have a mobile responsive and interactive website that does allow them to post their scuba classes , events, boat dives, rentals and equipment sales, so therefore we could pull their -Freestyle Divers, dynamic data in from their account on to their mobile app, allowing Freestyle Divers customers to book Freestyle Divers scuba classes, participate in the their events, purchase boat trips, book rental, buy equipment equipment, take the online classes and quizzes and even look up their certification cards right on their app. We also added functions like a local chat wall for localized customers to interact and loyalty offers to keep customers coming into the store to receive free air fills and boat dives as well as a QR coupons that allows a customers to get a gift when they enter their store. This drives customers into their store. Freestyle Divers also has Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube, all great social media outlets allowing their customer to view their social media all from one app and also share with their friends right from the app. To communicate with customers Freestyle Divers has a contact us form as well as a direct dial on the home screen for consumers to quickly and easily reach them . They allow customers to sign up for a mailing list with multiple categories of classes, events, travel, specials and newsletter. They also use the same strategy with the push notification opt in services. Customers can opt in for push notes on new classes, events, travel, equipment specials and so on. Of course they can review all analytics to further fine tune their mobile app.
